Adoration Home Health and Hospice Administrator Robin Davis is Working Smart and Doing Good in Greeneville, Tennessee. Robin won the 2022 Home Health Quality Award.
Under Robin鈥檚 Leadership, both the Greenville and Knoxville branches showed the most significant improvements in their patient outcome metrics in the last year. Robin and her team successfully brought their branches鈥� outcomes up to 100% in many categories, most notably in oral medication administration, ambulation, and bathing. These quality improvements were accomplished through the use of dedicated case conferences, discharge monitoring, and group education related to outcomes.
