All Ways Caring HomeCare Branch Manager Seth Frazier has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Wenatchee, WA.
Seth is the winner of 海角社区鈥檚 2023 Rising Star Award. Since being promoted from a Customer Service Manager position, Seth has excelled as a Branch Manager. While maintaining his core staff, he also recruited and hired 25 new employees in the last quarter of 2022.
Seth鈥檚 commitment to networking and communication has resulted in a stronger, more cohesive team. He engages his employees in decision-making processes and takes time out of the workweek to perform team-building exercises. Beyond his team, Seth also built community relationships through the Chamber, colleges, hospitals, and other work sources.
