Branch Manager Tonya Pabum has been Working Smart and Doing Good across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. In her 10th year with All Ways Caring, Tonya has become a cornerstone of the Opelousas operation and a trusted resource throughout the region, reflecting 海角社区’s LEGACY value of Leadership in the way she shows up, speaks up, and brings people together.
Tonya builds culture through presence. She organizes team-building events, trains and mentors new staff members, and makes herself available to branch managers across multiple states who count on her for guidance and expertise. She has participated in pilot programs for important internal systems and most recently took on the formal role of Branch Manager Mentor, helping to welcome and develop new managers from across the country. Every room she walks into, she brings knowledge, experience, and representation.

By staying engaged at every level, from answering phones to meeting directly with clients and caregivers, Tonya ensures that the people her teams support receive consistent, dignified care.
