Equus Workforce Solutions Vice President of Operations Rudy Racine is Working Smart and Doing Good in New York. Rudy is the winner of the 2022 Diversity Champion award, which honors an Equus team member whose efforts demonstrate exemplary leadership, positively affecting cultural diversity, equity and inclusiveness in the workplace.
In 2021, Rudy led Equus鈥� initiative and search for a diversity, equity and inclusion consulting partner to offer development, training and capacity-building resources to Equus鈥� leadership and its projects nationwide, helping to foster a more people-focused Environment.
In his day-to-day work leading Equus鈥� WeCARE team, Rudy is responsible for programming for social assistance recipients with disabilities in three of New York City鈥檚 five boroughs. Rudy鈥檚 leadership inspires the WeCARE team鈥檚 inclusive approach to supporting some of the city鈥檚 most vulnerable residents.

Rudy has recently expanded his area of operations to include the northeast career centers.
