Rehab Without Walls Outpatient Rehab Director Erika Shiver has been Working Smart and Doing Good in Hendersonville, TN.
Erika won the 2024 Enterprise LEGACY Leadership Award, recognizing her leadership capabilities and accomplishments in Tennessee. As director, Erika oversaw the census growth at many locations, including a 35% increase in Murfreesboro and a 50% increase in Hendersonville. Both of these clinics have also seen an increase in staff with little to no turnover.
