Heather enjoys working with patients in their homes and within their community to facilitate meaningful participation in every aspect of their lives. She is empathetic and sensitive to both patients and their families. Executive Director Vijayalakshmi Natarajan says, 鈥淪he has shown exceptional patience in dealing with challenging situations.鈥�
Heather works closely with other therapists, particularly with new hires. She has enhanced the onboarding experience and makes them feel comfortable. Heather also ensures everyone is trained and properly oriented with all documentation processes so their clients can receive the highest level of care.
