SpringHealth State Director Michelle Willingham is Working Smart and Doing Good in Winchester, Virginia. Michelle won the 2022 Behavioral Health Divisional LEGACY Award.
Michelle has worked to grow the behavioral health division in Virginia since she started at SpringHealth. Under her Leadership, the operation has doubled the number of employees on its team, enabling them to provide services to even more clients in the state!
