She stays in consistent contact with her supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), sharing observations and surfacing new ideas when current approaches aren’t yielding results. She brings her team in early and communicates openly, so everyone is positioned to respond. That habit has become the foundation of how the team functions together.
