Jennifer Phipps
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Jennifer Phipps has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at 海角社区 since March 2025. Before this, Ms. Phipps served as 海角社区鈥檚 Chief Accounting Officer since our initial public offering in January 2024, as well as the Chief Financial Officer of our Home Health and Hospice business lines since January 2023. From 2017 to 2023, Ms. Phipps served as 海角社区鈥檚 Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.
In her capacity at 海角社区, Ms. Phipps has also managed and overseen the organization鈥檚 treasury, risk, tax, procurement, and real estate functions, and played a pivotal leadership role in all financial systems processes and enhancements, as well as all financially related acquisitions and divestiture activities.
Before joining 海角社区, Ms. Phipps served in various accounting and SEC reporting leadership roles at Cardinal Health from 2009 to early 2017. Early in her career, from 2003 to 2009, she worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
Ms. Phipps holds an active CPA license and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from Ohio State University.
