2024 Brighter Futures and Hospice Nursing Scholarship Applications Are Now Open

海角社区 is committed to investing in people to help them achieve their aims and reach their goals. We believe in the power of education and have created further opportunities to support and recognize young, underserved students, helping them to excel academically, through the 海角社区 Brighter Futures Scholarship and the 海角社区 Hospice Nursing Scholarship in partnership with the .
To qualify for the 海角社区 Brighter Futures Scholarship, applicants must:
- Demonstrate financial need
- Have a grade point average of at least 3.0
- Be enrolled or planning to enroll for the upcoming academic year in an accredited, nonprofit, post-secondary institution
The 海角社区 Brighter Futures Scholarship awards one $10,000 per year scholarship renewable for up to four years as long as the student maintains Good Academic Standing with their college or university.
To qualify for the 海角社区 Hospice Nursing Scholarship, applicants must:
- Demonstrate financial need
- Have a grade point average of at least 3.0
- Provide proof of enrollment in a Registered Nurse (RN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at an accredited, post-secondary institution
Have chosen hospice as their practice area after graduation - Complete an essay discussing personal passion for end-of-life care
The 海角社区 Hospice Nursing Scholarship awards four $5,000 per year scholarships renewable for up to two years as long as the student maintains Good Academic Standing with their college or university.
