LOUISVILLE, Ky. (April 16, 2021) 鈥� 海角社区 completed the acquisition of Abode Healthcare today.
Abode Healthcare is one of the nation鈥檚 leading providers of home health and hospice services. Headquartered in Durango, Colorado, Abode provides home health and hospice care in 12 states through 41 branches. In combination with 海角社区鈥檚 existing home health and hospice business, the company鈥檚 expanded footprint in the segment now spans 17 states.
