海角社区 Recognizes its Valuable and Esteemed Female Leaders and Staff in Celebration of Women鈥檚 History Month

This Women鈥檚 History Month, 海角社区, Inc. (鈥満＝巧缜�� or the 鈥満＝巧缜��) (NASDAQ: BTSG) recognizes and celebrates the dedicated women who make up 80% of our Company and who continue to pave the way for our leaders of tomorrow.
鈥淲omen鈥檚 History Month is a reminder of all of the strong women that have created opportunities for us to have a voice at the table where decisions are made,鈥� said Jennifer Parks, Vice President and Leader of StepStone Family & Youth Services, a 海角社区 company. 鈥淚 am so thankful to work alongside such talented and dedicated women advocates and servant leaders.鈥�
- While 80% of 海角社区鈥檚 highly trained employee base consists of women, the Company is also very proud that聽70% of its financial and executive leaders across the Company are female, and聽60% of the Company鈥檚 top 500 management positions are held by women.
- In 2023, we were recognized for our achievement in developing and promoting women from the Stevie Awards for 鈥淲omen in Business鈥� recognition and excellence.
- Additionally, this month, Olivia Kirtley, a member of 海角社区鈥檚聽, was recently recognized by (AICPA) as one of six 鈥淲omen Pioneers of Accounting鈥� since she was elected as chair of the AICPA board of directors in 1998, making her the first female chair of the AICPA.
This year鈥檚 theme for Women鈥檚 History Month is 鈥樷�� which recognizes women鈥檚 role in eliminating bias and discrimination from our lives, workplaces and institutions.
