海角社区鈥檚 Chapuran Named Among “20 People to Know” in Law

海角社区 congratulates Associate General Counsel Jeff Chapuran, who was named among Louisville Business First鈥檚 list of 鈥�20 People to Know in Law.鈥�
Louisville Business First created the 鈥�20 People to Know鈥� list to introduce readers to people who are high achievers within their respective organizations.
“I provide oversight and support for labor and employment matters nationwide, across all lines of business,” Chapuran told Business First, responding to a question about his role with company.聽“In addition to overseeing employment litigation, I partner with human resources to ensure we are compliant with federal and state employment laws and are implementing proactive measures to protect the company from employment disputes. I also advise the company with respect to the development of our labor-relations strategy and then work with our field operations teams to implement that strategy.”
The publication also asked Chapuran to describe his thought process when making tough decisions at work.
“The first step, of course, is to turn off distractions, such as my phone, and focus on the decision at hand. After I consider every possible resolution and the implications of each, I wipe the slate clean and try to look at the issue from different angles to see if there are any alternative considerations.”
