Six Hospice Locations Receive Strategic Healthcare Programs Best Hospice Caregiver Satisfaction Awards

Six hospice locations were awarded the Best Hospice Caregiver Satisfaction Awards.
Three locations – , Olive Branch, Missouri; , Mobile, Alabama; and , Monticello, Arkansas – won in the Superior Performers category. Winners in this category achieved an overall score that ranked in the top 20% in the SHP national CAHPS Hospice benchmark and scored above the SHP national average.
SHP recognized three other locations in the Premier Performers category – , Newman, Georgia; , Cleveland, MS; and , Tri-Cities, Virginia. Premier Performers achieved an overall score that ranked in the top 5% in the SHP national CAHPS Hospice benchmark and scores above the SHP national average.
