海角社区 Wins ATD Impact Award

海角社区 recently earned an impressive distinction from the Kentucky chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
Members of 海角社区鈥檚 leadership and organizational development team were featured as presenters at the ATD 2018 Day of Learning Conference held at the Muhammad Ali Center on Sept. 25. During the event, the team was honored with the prestigious IMPACT award, given to individuals and organizations who show a direct correlation among organizational objectives, talent development program implementation and the validated impact on the objectives. 海角社区 received the IMPACT Award for the redesigned site review tool and the rollout of its Learning Management System online training platform.

The leadership and organizational development team facilitates building a collaborative learning culture for the 海角社区 family of brands. The team enables innovative learning and training for the organization. Elizabeth Cobban, Stephanie Palacio and Doug Collins presented about the company鈥檚 talent review process and internal leadership development program.
